Our ultimate goal is to assist quickly, conveniently and cost effectively without additional fees. Alleyoop! will perform any task that is legal and ethical.

Our clients have virtually unlimited access to our Lifestyle Concierge team. However, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1 ) If a request requires certification, training, insurance requirements or specialized knowledge, Alleyoop! reserves the right to seek the assistance of a ‘qualified party’ to complete your task and meet your expectations. Resulting fees are the sole responsibility of the client, but we will confirm the details with you before we go ahead.

2 ) Extra fees may be incurred for any request that requires more than three hours of time, within a seven-day period, for completion.

3 ) Extra fees may be incurred for any Same Day request. A Same Day request is defined as any request that needs to be completed within 4 hours of being placed.

4 ) If a lifestyle consultant isn’t available to take your call during regular business hours, we guarantee your call will be answered the same day. If a request is placed through email or our online portal, it will be acknowledged within one hour of being created. If it’s outside of our operating hours, Alleyoop! will acknowledge the request next business day. If it’s urgent, we’ll get on top of it within an hour (but it might cost a little extra).

5 ) Sometimes limitations occur that are beyond our control. On the rare occasion that this happens, we will move mountains to make every effort to fulfill your request as efficiently, creatively and cost-effectively as possible without compromising our ethics, integrity or relationships with outside services. Alleyoop! will never ask our lifestyle consultants to complete any request that is illegal, immoral or beyond the scope of our existing service offering. Our team cannot give legal, medical or other professional advice.

6 ) Before beginning a request, your lifestyle consultant will contact you to ensure that the details are correct and your timelines are respected. They will make you aware of any additional requirements, and ask any clarifying questions at this time.

7 ) In our travels, we are sometimes able to develop relationships with outside services and suppliers, resulting in special rates or bonus offerings for our members. In cases like this, it’s always best to have your Alleyoop! lifestyle consultant make all of the arrangements for you to avoid any miscommunication or service issues

8 ) If you aren’t blown away by the service you’ve been provided by Alleyoop! or a service provider that was included as an option for your request’s completion, please let us know immediately! If it’s on us, we’ll make it right, and if it’s an outside service, we’ll let them know that we will never recommend them to our members again.
